Refund Policy

At Posted Marketing LLC (“Posted Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we value transparency and want every client to feel confident working with us. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may and may not be issued for our services.

By purchasing or engaging in our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Service-Based Business (No Returns)

Posted Marketing LLC provides digital marketing services and custom deliverables. Because of the nature of service work (time, strategy, creative development, and production), we do not offer returns or exchanges.

2. Payments and Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the status of work performed:

A. Deposits / Retainers

  • Deposits and retainers are non-refundable.

  • These payments reserve time on our calendar and cover onboarding, planning, and internal production preparation.

B. Monthly Services (Ongoing Management)

If you are on a monthly plan (ex: social media management, content creation, email marketing, consulting):

  • Payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

  • If you cancel mid-month, your service will continue through the remainder of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated in your contract.

C. One-Time Projects

For one-time services (ex: website design, brand strategy, audits):

  • If work has not started, you may request cancellation within 48 hours of purchase for a refund minus any processing fees.

  • If work has started, payments are non-refundable, including partial project payments.

3. If You’re Unhappy with the Work

We care about delivering high-quality work. If you’re dissatisfied:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible so we can address it.

  • Depending on the project type, we may offer reasonable revisions in line with your contract or service scope.

Refunds will not be granted due to:

  • A change of mind

  • Delays caused by lack of client communication, approvals, or content

  • Differences in creative preference/style after work is delivered

  • Business outcomes not meeting expectations (marketing results can vary)

4. Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us before initiating any chargeback.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • All work will be paused immediately

  • Any files, licenses, or usage rights to deliverables may be revoked (where applicable)

  • We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or improper chargebacks with documentation

5. Cancellations

If you are on a recurring service agreement, cancellation terms (notice period, end-of-service date, etc.) are governed by your contract. Unless your contract states otherwise:

  • We require written notice of cancellation

  • Services continue through the end of the paid period
